Cellarmaster Francesco Verzio, formerly of Bruno Giacosa, suggested a second bottling of Barolo due to the high-quality fruit, and thus, Convento was born. Named in honor of the medieval convent nearby, this wine was crafted with the same care and attention as their Barolo Tradizionale.

Convento underwent native yeast fermentation in tanks and was aged for 25 days, ensuring a rich and complex flavor profile. This rare wine is a must-have for any wine connoisseur's collection.
