Frederic Cossard’s Domaine de Chassorney was established in 1996 in Saint Romain, Bourgogne. Following in his father’s footsteps, Cossard initially worked in the milk industry for over a decade before falling in love with natural wines. Today he farms 10 hectares of vineyards across many villages. Cossard doesn’t add any chemicals or sulphites in his wine, employing some of the hygienic practices he learned from working with milk.
