Our Tower 15, 2020 Red Wine Blend G.C.M. is an opportunistic composite of three different red wine grapes commonly blended together in the Rhone Valley in France. This blend would normally be called Jetty, but without the inclusion of Syrah, the profile is different and we wanted to try something new. All grapes were hand sorted and destemmed before they were cold soaked for five days with intermittent punchdowns and pumpovers.
