Introducing our signature bourbon, Starlight Bourbon, named in honor of 4th generation family member Carl Theodore Huber. This exceptional bourbon is crafted with a minimum of 4 years aging in new, charred American oak barrels.

After the initial aging process, Starlight Bourbon is finished in a Red Wine barrel for an additional 3-8 months. This unique finishing process imparts rich red and dark fruit aromas, enhancing the characteristic flavors of our Carl T. blend.
