This exceptional debut vintage from Luigi Oddero is a testament to the traditional Barolo craftsmanship rooted in La Morra.

Originally known for selling their grapes in bulk, this 2016 vintage marks a significant shift with the introduction of a second wine by Cellarmaster Francesco Verzio, formerly associated with Bruno Giacosa.

Convento is meticulously vinified and aged following the same methods as Oddero's Barolo Tradizionale: natural fermentation in stainless steel vats, accompanied by a 25-day maceration period, and then aged for two years in large Slavonian-oak casks.
