Cyril Testut is one of the top winemakers in Chablis. The Testut Family has 13 hectares of vineyards (previously owned by Cistercian agronomist monks) located in the historic heart of Chablis. The vineyard sites are located atop of the famous Kimmeridgian soil that yields precise Chardonnays loaded with legendary minerality and acidity. The majority is vinified in tank with a small blend of (10% to 15%) in demi-muid (600 liter French oak barrels). Static settling for 24 to 48 hours. Aged 18 months.
