Domaine Laroche is directly linked to the history of Chablis as one of the largest landholders of Grand Cru vineyards. They own 90 hectares situated amongst the best crus. Its headquarters, the Obédiencerie of Chablis, reveals a heritage dating back from the Middle Ages. Michel Laroche’s goal to retain purity and minerality is carried out through fermentation partly in stainless-steel tanks (except the premier and grand crus fermented in barrels).
