The 2020 Nuits Saint-Georges Aux Cras 1er Cru has a gentle nose beautifully defined a mixture of red and blueberry fruit wilted violet and light undergrowth scents gaining intensity with aeration. The palate is medium-bodied with supple but firm tannins fine acidity quite grippy with firm backbone on the finish with a tang of black pepper on the finish. You will find few Premier Crus from this appellation better than this (except Mugnerets own Le Richemone!), (VM, 93-95 points).
