As a fifth-generation vigneron, Henri Boillot began his education at a young age at his family’s winery. After taking some time off to open his own mini- négociant house, he was able to return “home” to take over the family estate, and one of the most well-known, in all of Burgundy. Although Henri does not own the vineyards in which the grapes are harvested from, he farms them as precisely as if they were his own.
